In the modern age of factory farms and mass-produced meat, raising and butchering your own meat birds is a rare skill to possess. Join Kristin Ramey of Long Shadow Farm to learn about the difference between factory poultry and home grown and learn the art of butchering your own meat birds. This will be a hands-on workshop entailing the actual butchering of live birds.
